New Partner appointed for growing Dispute Resolution team at Hodge Jones & Allen

Ruhul Ameen joined the team on 1st October. An expert litigator, Ruhul specialises in commercial and chancery disputes and has over 20 years’ experience representing clients in the Court of Appeal, High Court, County Courts and the Property Chamber of the First-Tier Tribunal,

Ruhul primarily deals with matters relating to property, landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential), commercial and business law, construction, insolvency, professional negligence and contested wills and probate. Ruhul has helped develop the law and been involved in many reported cases. He also has extensive experience dealing with judicial reviews, as well as alternative means of dispute resolution, such as negotiation or mediation. In addition to his practice, Ruhul will be joining an active, busy team who collaborate closely together for the benefit of the clients.
