Hodge Jones & Allen boosts dispute resolution team with hire of new partner
London law firm Hodge Jones & Allen has added Claire Kitchen as a partner to its dispute resolution team.
Claire, who is an experienced commercial litigator, joins from Fletcher Day where she was a senior associate. In her role at Fletcher Day, Claire was the lead adviser for several complicated and high value cases including an insurance dispute for a well-known London hotel, and a misrepresentation claim for a famous international footballer and manager arising out of a tax mitigation scheme.
Claire’s caseload has previously included shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, professional negligence and insolvency litigation.
Claire started her legal career at Andrew R Taylor & Co. Since then she has held positions at Ashton Morton Slack, Brooke North, Winston Solictors, BHP Law and Curwens LLP. She has also worked closely with the Law Society and the Institute of Directors delivering training to members.
Chun Wong, head of the firm’s dispute resolution team, says: “We are excited for Claire to come on board and help to build on our growing client list in dispute resolution. Her additional experience and skills will allow us to expand our team’s reach significantly.”
