This disturbing Channel 4 investigation aired on Monday, 10 October.
Nina Ali, solicitor representing families whose lives have been affected the failings of the Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation said: “The documentary brings into sharp and painful focus what our families have been saying throughout: their loved ones are being failed at every level by the very people who are meant to be caring for them and keeping them safe.
“Despite the numerous Inquests, and investigations to date, nothing has changed, no lessons have been learnt and people continue to die. Surely now it is clear that nothing less than a full statutory inquiry will suffice.”
