About Tess Baker
Tess joined Hodge Jones & Allen in the Housing & Property department in March 2022. They qualified as a solicitor into housing and discrimination law in November 2024. They work across a range of housing law matters, including discrimination, homelessness reviews and appeals, disrepair, possession and Judicial reviews. They concentrate on discrimination, public law and human rights challenges appealing unlawful decisions of local authorities. They work particularly with clients who have faced domestic abuse, disability discrimination and Prevent referrals. They principally work with clients who are funded through Legal Aid.
