About Nicholas McKeown
Nicholas joined Hodge Jones & Allen as a paralegal in June 2023. Previously, he worked in the Housing Department on a variety of cases including disrepair, private neighbour disputes and possession. Recently Nicholas has moved to the Private Client team where he assists with Wills, Probate and matters involving the Court of Protection. He made the decision to leave Scot’s Law behind and moved to London in 2022. He aims to qualify as a solicitor in England.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas had experience working in his local Citizen’s Advice Bureau. Here he advocated for members of his local community against private landlords and local authorities whilst also assisting client’s with private matters. As an advisor he took pride in ensuring that the most vulnerable members of his community were not being taken advantage of by those with greater resources and institutional power.
