About Charlotte Sykes
Charlotte is a solicitor in the Civil Liberties Department.
She joined Hodge Jones & Allen in September 2019 as a trainee solicitor. She completed her first seat in the Medical Negligence department assisting Agata Usewicz with her caseload, including maximum severity child brain injury cases.
She completed her second and fourth seats working for Sasha Barton in the Civil Liberties & Human Rights department, assisting on a wide range of cases including Actions Against the Police, Equalities Act and data protection claims and cases involving a failure to protect.
Charlotte also worked in the Criminal Defence department under the supervision of Raj Chada, with a strong focus on protest cases.
