About Abbi Hart

Abbi is a trainee solicitor currently sitting in the Housing team, where she is assisting Jayesh Kunwardia. She is in her third seat, having done previous seats in Criminal Defence and Personal Injury.

Abbi joined Hodge Jones & Allen in 2020 working as a paralegal in the Civil Liberties & Human Rights department for three years. Prior to joining Hodge Jones & Allen she previously working as a paralegal in Immigration and Asylum law. She has also worked as a policy assistant in the House of Commons.

 

Abbi is co-chair of Young Legal Aid Lawyers, an organisation of junior lawyers in the legal aid sector which campaigned for a sustainable legal aid system, access to justice and social mobility within the legal profession.
