Legally astute lawyers

Our experts consider the complexities of the law. A key feature of the team is its combination of civil and criminal practitioners with human rights law experience who can proactively advise and assist clients on all aspects of their cases. This is important where there is a challenge to a particular power such a search warrant, where assets have been frozen or where there is a human rights challenge that the conduct of the prosecution or investigators breached your right to a fair trial.

Protecting your rights

Our approach is based on years of experience in high profile matters. Protecting our clients interest in the face of well-funded state prosecutions and potentially hostile media coverage is the norm. We seek to protect our clients’ rights to fair trial by pursuing disclosure from the police or prosecution of material that may assist us or undermine the prosecution case.

Many terrorist cases, particularly where they relate to the commission or acts of terrorism, will have substantial paperwork that consists of tracing suspects via CCTV footage, telephone data, banking information and police observation.
