Permission sought to bring an Appeal on homeless assistance ineligibility for EEA national

Sioned Wyn Roberts, Senior Associate, Housing and Discrimination Team is seeking permission to bring an appeal within the Court of Appeal on behalf of a survivor of domestic abuse who has been found to be ineligible for homeless assistance as an EEA national with pre-settled status.
