No one was arrested following the incident on Friday 16 September at 17:00 in North London and the Metropolitan Police has said it is investigating the footage. The officers involved have been placed on restricted duties.
Sasha Barton, civil liberties partner at the firm, says: “I can confirm that my client was not arrested. However, there will be no further comment until I have established the full facts of the incident with my client and decided what action we may take.”
